Team Dynasty Training are based in Dallas, Texas and provide worldwide online personal fitness training, meal plans, lifestyle plans, contest prep, and WBFF posing for the beginner right through to seasoned fitness professionals.

All training is customized programming built for every individual based on goals, needs and different lifestyles. Tailored meal planning that covers macro-nutrients through specifically assigned meals or flexible macro dieting. No matter the occasion - wedding, vacation, competition, weight loss, muscle gain or overall health and wellness we cover it all!

Kerry McHugh is the co-founder of Team Dynasty Training and head nutritionist. He is a NASM certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist (FNS) and ACE Certified Personal Trainer who is in love with health, fitness and helping others.
